Kyle Morley
President & CEO
Kyle began working in the marine construction industry in high school for his father Ralph Morley. He has 10 years of experience in manufacturing, assembling, and installing dock components. He is the registered agent for the company’s marine contractor’s license in the state of Arkansas. He studied at the University of Oklahoma where he obtained a BBA in Energy Management. Kyle also possesses an Advanced Open Water Dive Certification, and has an active role as a project manager, project cost estimator, and material procurement.
Jim Lang
Senior Vice President
Jim began working in the marine construction industry in 1997. He has 27 years of experience in designing marinas and docks, manufacturing processes, and installation. He has over 44 years of experience in the civil and mechanical design engineering field and 3 years of experience in project management with a 10-million-dollar marina project. He has participated in approximately 300+ marina project designs that include open and covered slips, utility platforms, ship store designs, wave attenuators and overall harbor layouts. He is well-versed in AutoCad, serving as an instructor for AutoCad at the professional level for 9 years. Jim also has extensive experience with marina designs as pertinent to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
